Please make sure that upon making your order you submit a delivery address where you can be reached in business hours (weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm). The package is shipped by the Hungarian Post -Magyar Posta (MPL); if the courier cannot contact you at the address indicated, a notification will be left and the package will be available for pick-up at the local post office within the next 10 days.
We post the ordered products by next day delivery, and the products are delivered on the following business day. If the delivery is delayed we will inform you via e-mail.

If you make a purchase in an amount under 8.000 HUF (including VAT) the postage and packaging costs independently from the delivery address and size of the shipment is 990 HUF (including VAT).
If you make a purchase in an amount over 8.000 HUF (including VAT) we offer free postage and packaging!
If you make a purchase in an amount over 12.000 HUF (including VAT) we offer free postage and packaging and we credit you 500 HUF bonus, which can be used at the next purchase.
Please note, that if you select advance bank transfer, you receive another 300 HUF discount from the final purchase price.

Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery -you have to pay for the products in cash on delivery to the MPL Courier.
- Advance bank transfer (300 HUF discount!)
- You submit the order, and you transfer the order amount to our bank account.
Important: when making the bank transfer please indicate your name and address in the comment field. - After receiving your order, we promptly pack the products, so that you receive the ordered goods as soon as possible.
- On the day, when your payment arrives to our bank account (usually one business day), we post the goods to you.
On the start page of the web shop you can find the "Search the products:" field, and next to this field the Search button. In the field please type in the name of the researched product or any keywords or part of the description of the product. Once you have clicked on the button, as a result of the search all products will be displayed, where the description of the product contains the given word or part of the word.
Remote contract
By sending the Order form and by the confirmation of the order by Odp vital Kft. pursuant to Government decree No. 17/1999.(II.S.) a contract is established between the remote parties, namely between Odp vital Kereskedelmi Kft. H-7626 Pécs, Csillag köz 7.; (tax number: 12936106-2-02; company registry number:02-09-068394/24 as Supplier, and Customer, as Buyer under the following terms and conditions set forth by the below sub-articles:
- Supplier shall ship the products selected by Customer on the Order form by cash on delivery service or by courier service to the indicated shipment address. If the delivery of the order is inhibited for any reasons, Supplier shall promptly notify Customer via e-mail or fax in order to discuss the further steps.
- Customer shall receive the products indicated on the posted Order form and delivered by Supplier to the indicated address, and shall make the payment of the purchase price indicated on the confirmation of Supplier - which also contains the postage and packaging costs of the products- in cash to the courier.
- Customer shall have the right to desist from the receipt of the product without any justification, 8 days within the receipt of the goods, in this case however Customer shall return the products in the original packaging, or in original condition to Supplier and meet all arising costs. The obligation of returning the goods in an unused condition shall not refer to the case, when Customer desists from the contract due to default delivery of Supplier.
- Parties stipulate the exclusive authority of the Pécs Central District Court for the settlement of any arising legal disputes.
- Provisions not regulated by this contract shall be governed by the Civil Code and the stipulations of the Government decree No. 17/1999.(II.S.) about the contracts between parties located far from each other.
Odpvital Kft. shall have the right to store the data of Customer, together with the data referring to the transactions during the delivery of the contract and in order to settle any arising complaints; it shall have the right to make available these data to its subcontractors, who are not entitled to store them after the delivery or to make them available to a third party.
For the products ordered from our Web shop we assume money-back guarantee (except for the post and packaging costs, which we cannot reimburse in certain cases) if based on preliminary agreement Customer returns the undamaged goods to our postal address, in equivalent value to the original price of the goods; we do not accept second-hand or opened products. The price of the products are inclusive of VAT, namely they indicate gross amounts.
